This Return, Refund & Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy applies to all purchases made on bigbuttoncsg.com, operated by COCCY SG INDIA.

Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds. Customers are requested to place orders carefully.

However, exchanges may be arranged under specific circumstances, as detailed below.

Exchanged products will be shipped within 7–10 business days after receipt and inspection of the original product.


Order Cancellation Rights

Customers may request cancellation of an Order within 2 days of receiving the Goods, without providing a reason.

Conditions for Exchange

Goods will be eligible for exchange only if:

  • The product is unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in original packaging.
  • The exchange request is raised within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Image or video proof may be required to verify product condition.

Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items

The following Goods are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Used, washed, or altered garments (due to hygiene and safety reasons).
  • Customized or personalized products.
  • Products unsuitable for return due to health or hygiene concerns once unsealed.
  • Items that deteriorate rapidly or expire.
  • Goods inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.
  • The Company reserves the right to reject any exchange request that does not meet the above conditions.

Returning Goods

  • Reverse pickup will be arranged where serviceable through our logistics partner (Shiprocket).
  • If reverse pickup is unavailable for your location, you may be requested to ship the product back using a reliable courier with proper packaging.

Return instructions will be shared once your request is approved.


Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

COD Availability

Cash on Delivery (COD) is subject to pincode serviceability as determined by our logistics partners. COD is not available for all locations.

If COD is unavailable for your address:

  • You will be informed via call, WhatsApp, or email.
  • You may choose to proceed with prepaid payment or request order cancellation.

COD Order Verification

All COD orders are subject to confirmation via call, SMS, or WhatsApp. If the customer is unreachable or fails to confirm within 24 hours,
COCCY SG INDIA reserves the right to cancel the order without further notice.


COD Refusal / Non-Acceptance

If a COD order is:

  • Refused at the time of delivery,
  • Returned due to customer unavailability, or
  • Not accepted after multiple delivery attempts,

Then:

  • The Company reserves the right to block or restrict future COD orders from the customer.
  • Logistics and return shipping costs incurred may be recovered or adjusted in future credits or claims (if applicable).

No Refunds on COD Orders

COD orders are not eligible for refunds.

Exchanges (if approved) will only be processed after the returned product is received and inspected.


Address & Contact Responsibility

Customers placing COD orders must ensure Accurate delivery address, pincode, and mobile number.

The Company shall not be responsible for delivery failure due to incorrect or incomplete details.


Right to Cancel High-Risk COD Orders

COCCY SG INDIA reserves the right to:

  • Cancel COD orders that appear high-risk, suspicious, bulk, or non-serviceable.
  • Limit COD availability based on order value, location, or past order behavior.

Gifts

If Goods were marked as a gift and shipped directly to the recipient, A gift credit may be issued upon successful return (if applicable).

If the Order was not marked as a gift, any applicable credit will be issued to the original purchaser.
